Effect of electrosynthesized polymethylol amide coatings on corrosion resistance of steel in seawater

Description
Effect of coatings on the basis of copolymer of N,N'-methylene-biscarbamide and formaldehyde applied by electropolarization on corrosion resistance of stainless steel 08Kh18N10T in seawater was studied. Growth of rate of corrosion of stainless steel modified samples in full-scale tests is noted. Corrosion destruction of steel was demonstrated to be under the control of biological factor of medium in open water area

Исследовано влияние покрытий на основе сополимера акриламида, N,N'-метиленбисакриламида и формальдегида, нанесенных методом электрополимеризации, на коррозионную стойкость нержавеющей стали 08Х18Н10Т в морской воде. Отмечено возрастание скорости коррозии модифицированных образцов из нержавеющей стали при проведении натурных испытаний.
