Projection of liquidus surface of ternary mutual system InSe-Sb2Se3-Sb2Te3

Systems Sb2Se3-InSe, Sb2Te3-InSe were studied by the methods of physicochemical analysis, their phase diagrams being plotted. In the system Sb2Se3-InSe the compound In5Se6, incongruently melting at 910 K, is formed, possessing two α- and β-modifications. Transition of α-In5Se into β-In5Se6 occurs at 820 K. In the systems studied wide enough regions of solid solutions on the basis of initial compounds were detected. Periods of lattices, volumes of unit cells and densities of hexagonal, rhombic and rhombohedral solid solutions were calculated. Projection of liquidus surface of the ternary mutual system InSe-Sb2Se3-Sb2Te3 was plotted, which consisted of five primary crystallization fields
