Pseudoaneurisms of the artery in chronic pancreatitis are rare complications that are not detected by conventional ultrasonography. The article reports a case where an aneurisma spurium of the A. gastroduodenalis has been detected by means of angiodynography. (orig.)

Arterielle Pseudoaneurysmen bei chronischer Pankreatitis sind seltene Komplikationen, die im konventionellen Ultraschall nicht zu unterscheiden sind. Dieser Beitrag demonstriert ein Aneurysma spurium der A. gastroduodenalis, das mit Hilfe der Angiodynographie diagnostiziert wurde. (orig.)
