NESSEL-4 - a code for computing local burnup in H2O-moderated nuclear reactors
Description
After characterizing the objective of the code, its essential features are described, considering (1) the position of NESSEL-4 in the system of reactor physics codes for H2O-moderated reactors, especially for WWER type reactors, (2) physcial models and primary data that determine the accuracy of the results and (3) the requirements resulting from the predominant use of the code within the framework of routine calculations.
