A leading log derivation of the Sterman-Weinberg jets
Description
A derivation of the Sterman-Weinberg formula in the spirit of the leading log approximation is presented. Our approach suggests a simple way to evaluate the jet cross-sections in different hard processes. A comparison is made with exact calculations and the validity of our approach is discussed. (author)
