Adaptive cost-optimized system for sampling inspection (SCQ)

Description
The report introduces the interactive computer system SCQ for the determination of cost-optimized (n, c) plans in the material receiving inspection. SCQ uses exponentially smoothed early data on the reject rate of the supplier and updates its information with Bayes' theorem. The programme system was written in FORTRAN and implemented on a computer IBM 4341. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird das interaktive Rechnersystem SCQ fuer die Bestimmung kostenoptimaler (n,c)-Plaene in der Materialeingangspruefung vorgestellt. SCQ benutzt exponentiell geglaettete Vergangenheitsdaten ueber den Ausschussanteil des Lieferanten und aktualisiert seine Informationen mittels des Bayesschen Satzes. Das Programmsystem wurde in FORTRAN geschrieben und auf einem Rechner IBM 4341 implementiert. (orig.)Additional details
