Quark model states and low energy scattering

In response to the search for exotic states as predicted by the quark model, the author attempts a solution based on a new method of analyzing low-energy scattering in hadron-hadron interactions. This new method centers on the connection between this low energy hadron-hadron scattering and cospatial discrete mass eigenstates. This largely theoretical exposition is followed by the author and other meeting-participants
