Description
A diffusion generator for preparing sup(99m)Tc pertechnetate is described. The activity of radionuclide impurities was found to be 10-7 times lower than the activity of sup(99m)Tc at the moment of separation. There were no differences in the radionuclide distribution in rats administered sup(99m)Tc pertechnetate obtained from a diffusion generator, a sublimation generator, and an elution generator, respectively.
