Description
The Environmental Measurements Laboratory (EML) has maintained a field station at Chester, NJ, since 1976. Located 64 kilometers west of EML, the site is on the property of Bell Communications Research and is a little more than 900 square meters in area. The Chester site is a rural facility which provides us with an opportunity to carry out ''regional baseline'' research and to test field instruments.
