Description
The Inter ministerial Commission of Artificial Radioelements (C.I.R.E.A.) has been created in 1954 to satisfy the law of the 19. july 1952 from the code of Pharmacy regulating the production, the import, the use of artificial radioelements. The Commission has for mission to give opinion ( it gives authorizations) and to make propositions relative to regulation elaboration and applications in the fields of use of artificial radioelements such, the preparation, the import, the export, the making, the gauging, the possession, the transport, the transfer, and also the general conditions of use, the measures of protection against the radiation effects.
