Fatigue fracture diagram for 34XH1M steel under conditions of phase transformation of water

Description
The basic fatigue fracture diagram for 34XH1M steel in order to determine the crack life of a steam turbine disk, working in the steam-water transformation zone has been plotted, taking into account service and extremal electrochemical conditions at the tip of corrosion fatigue crack. It is used for assessment of the cracked disk serviceability depending on intensity of tensile stresses and geometry of the crack
