Where are we going with Bose-Einstein - a mini review

Description

In this paper, the progress (or otherwise) in understanding the Bose-Einstein effect in the context of high energy e+e-interactions is considered. The agreement between published experimental results is poor and there are difficulties in explaining the observations theoretically, especially in the light of resonance narrowing. Systems of more than two pions are investigated using event-weights, and the expected distortion of the ρo is considered. (author)
