VT-340 display with TPA-i computer

Designed and tested is an interface which realizes the signal parallel transmission between the VT-340 display and TPA-i computer. The interface commands permit to apply the TPA-i computer mathematical provisions; in this case, only several input-output commands are changed. The above interface with the VT-340 display has been used as communication means between the operator and the KORAN spectrometer control system and has made the equipment checking and alignment quicker. The VT-340 display is especially effective at operation with the debugging standard programs (ODT), editor (SYMBOLIC EDITOR) and languages of high level (FOKAL, BASIC).
