Description
In the pilot plant test of one tenth to one sixth production scale, the uranium was extracted from the nitric acid solution containing 13-40 gU/L using 12-14% TBP in kerosene solution. 8 stage-extraction with 2 stage-washing was carried out with recovery rate more than 99.9% and less than 5 mgU/L in the raffinate. The length of the mixer was 388 mm, and the length ratio of the mixer to the settler was 1:2
