Effect of neutronic activation in the biodegradable PEG-Thiol polymer associated with gold nanoparticles

Description
The objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of the neutron activation of the complex formed by AuNPs-SH-PEG, observing if there is radiolysis of this polymer or any degradation in this system. This study will also provide with information on the minimum dose necessary for the activation of this complex, which is of extremely important not only for patients but also for the radiological protection of all professionals involved in the process
