Ratio of neutron-to-proton structure functions F2en/F2ep at xBj → 1

Description
It is shown that use of the rotation-invariant relativistic wave function of the nucleon at rest provides a correct account of the quark spin and explains the deviation of the F2n/F2p structure-function ratio experimental value at xBj → 1 from the predicted by quark-gluon model (3/7) due to manifestation of the relativistic features of relative motion of the quarks
