Nuclear power control device
Description
Purpose: To prevent the failure of a fuel due to abnormal power of a reactor. Constitution: A power control device is composed of a power pattern generator, a control device and a monitor. The monitor calculates a preset power target value and a deviation between a power request signal based on the power change rate and real plant power and outputs a deviation signal to a first discriminator. This discriminator judges whether or not the deviation signal exceeds the allowable value, and outputs a failure signal when the deviation signal exceeds the allowable value, thereby immediately stopping the operation by the power control device.
