Description
Highlights: • Structure of VVER-440 base metal is studied in re-irradiated and re-annealed state. • Re-annealing leads to significant dissolution of Cu-riched precipitates. • Grain boundary P segregation in base metal increases at each recovery annealing. • Properties return after annealing of base metal is lower than that for weld metal.
