Structural, electrical and magnetic properties of Bi0.90La0.10Fe0.90Co0.10O3 ceramics

Description
Multiferroic Bi0.90La0.10Fe0.90Co0.10O3 ceramics have been synthesized via soft chemical co-precipitation method. From the X-ray diffraction analysis, ceramic powder sintered at 600°C was found to be single phase belonging to the rhombohedral structure with R3c space group confirmed by Rietveld analysis. Further, dielectric, Leakage and magnetic studies were performed at room temperature
