Data on the inclusive deep-inelastic scattering are presented. The obtained distributions in the variables x, Y and are compared with the predictions of the quark-parton model. The energy dependence of < Q2 > is obtained: < Q2 > = (0.2+-0.1) + (a.25+-0.02) Esub(ν)
