Instability of heat transfer on surfaces leaned with centres of steam generation
Description
The mechanism and stability criterion of direct transition from free uniphase convection to film boiling (the third boiling crisis) are considered. The experimental data on the lower and upper limits of heat fluxes at which film boiling begins are generalized
