Considerations about the technical sections devoted to instrumentation requirements at the Stockholm Safety Conference

Post-TMI evaluations, conclude than much operator errors had happened due to deficient plant state information systems. Some ideas had being presented at Stockholm Conference with the aim of improving the information on systems during the normal plant operation or during the development of some accident. The proposals goes from a new arrangement of control room panels and the improvement of operating procedures, to the use of dynamic signals, and T.V. displaies and even audible instructions as information systems.
