Experimental measurements of L1-level width for Z=40-48 elements
Description
The principle component of the natural Lsub(1)-level width associated with the Coster-Kronig transitions Lsub(1)-Lsub(2)M and L1-L3M is determined from the measured relative intensity of the X-ray fluorescence L-spectra for Zr, Nb, Ru, Cd and Pd. The data obtained differ essentially from those calculated theoretically. The natural widths GITAsub(Lsub(1)), Coster-Kronig yields and relative photoionization cross-sections of L-shells are measured for these elements
