Interaction of cosmic rays with anisotropic turbulence of a magnetic field

Description

Process of propagation of cosmic rays (CR) in a turbulent statistically anisotropic plasma of solar wind is considered on the base of the collisionless kinetic equation. It is shown that effective mechanism of particle acceleration occurs in magnetized cosmic plasma with reflectory non-invariant turbulence of magnetic field. The mechanism of particle acceleration is connected with the presence of mean electric field of fluctuations directed along regular magnetic field
