Structural stability of nickel heat resisting alloys at high temperatures

Description

Temperature dependences of specific electric resistance of nickel heat resisting alloys and their phase components: γ'-phase and γ'-solid solution are investigated. It is shown that electric resistance and its value in a temperature range of γ'-phase complete solution are mainly governed by a volume part of highly dispersed γ'-phase particles and its specific electric resistance. It is also shown that an increase of aluminium and titanium concentrations leads to an increase of temperature of γ'-phase complete solution. In this case niobiUm produces positive effect only at low aluminium content, and changes of chromium, cobalt and molybdenum concentrations in the range of 3-4% practically exert no effect on temperature of γ'-phase complete solution
