Thrombolytic efficacy of rt-PA in embolic stroke of rabbits by 99Tcm trace

Description
It is established that rabbit model of embolic stroke by injecting its thrombus into internal carotid. The therapy effect of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PT) is studied by 99Tcm trace. The results indicate that the thrombolytic efficacy of rt-PA is potent when the rabbit model of embolic stroke treated is with 0.5, 1 mg/kg rt-PA. (authors)
