Acoustic emission signals from the spot welding process

The signals occuring during the spot-welding process are characterised by different methods of acoustic emission signal analysis. So it is possible to differentiate the sources of acoustic emission and a quality control for the spot-weldments of different steels can be specified. (orig.)

Abstract (German)

Die beim Punktschweissen auftretenden Signale werden mit verschiedenen Verfahren der Schallemissionsanalyse (SEA) charakterisiert. Dadurch wird eine Trennung der wesentlichen Schallquellen moeglich. Aus den Signalen der Gefuegeumwandlung kann bei verschiedenen Staehlen ein Kriterium zur Guetesicherung der Schweissverbindung abgeleitet werden. (orig.)
