Description
A software is being developed to allow convenient and accurate determination of the X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrum. It uses the features of Gaussian to calculate an ideal spectrum by simulating digital pulse and making the D/D conversion. Peak shapes of the simulated XRF spectrum and measured spectrum are compared. By zooming two images and making them superposition, the relative maximum and minimum changes in the peak position are calculated. The smaller the change is, the higher the instrument accuracy is.
