Development of the radiation-operator method for calculating radiation losses of a plasma in a line spectrum

Description
It is shown that the radiation-operator method is effective for calculating radiation losses in a plasma. The general theory is illustrated with detailed calculations for plane--parallel radiators and for the case of small scale inhomogeneities in a plasma
