Application of neutron scattering technique in lithium ion batteries

Description
Recently, the neutron scattering techniques have been widely used in the lithium ion batteries, because of the unique properties of neutron. In this short review, we introduce some neutron scattering techniques applied in the study of cathode materials, anode materials and electrolytes. These techniques include neutron diffraction, small angle neutron scattering (SANS), neutron reflectometry and neutron radiography. (authors)
