Description
Using the non-relativistic expansion of the meson exchange potentials, we examine the role of relativistic effects for the isoscalar magnetic moment and in the dipole sum rule. Cancellation coming from ω-exchange is established in the first case while genuine effects remain in the second. (orig.)
