Mass spectrometric determination of hydrogen in high-temperature superconductor materials

Description
By the methods of secondary-ion and laser mass-spectrometry the diagnosis of hydrogen in HTSC on the basis of yttrium, lanthanum and bismuth metalloxide ceramics has been made. Intensity of protonized particles MH+, formed during laser or ion probing, serves as a measure of hydrogen content in the ceramics
