Preliminary investigation of burn control in NET-INTOR
- 1. Comitato Nazionale per l'Energia Nucleare, Frascati (Italy)
Description
For the temperature stabilization of a Tokamak reactor, after the working temperature is chosen by means of the impurity control, a combination of two methods is proposed, namely, modulation of a fraction of the additional heating plus modulation of the equilibrium vertical field. With reference to the modulation of the additional heating the control aspects are studied in terms of the modern control theory, showing that the conditions are verified for complete observability and complete controllability.
