The criminal law responsibility of officials under environmental criminal law

Description
The legal application of environmental criminal law has attributed to office-bearers of the environmental administration a determining function in the field of criminal protection of legal objects. Criminal law shall prevent the misuse of official authority. In this connection law has to observe the limits of admissible procedure of the administration. (CW)

Die gesetzliche Ausgestaltung des Umweltstrafrechts hat den Amtstraegern der Umweltverwaltung im Bereich des strafrechtlichen Rechtsgueterschutzes eine bestimmende Funktion eingeraeumt. Das Strafrecht soll vor Amtsmissbrauch schuetzen. In diesem Zusammenhang hat das Strafrecht die Grenzen zulaessigen Verwaltungshandelns zu beachten. (CW)Additional details
