Radioactive gauging of groundwater flow direction in a single well by means of a double-collimated scintillation detector
Description
Groundwater movement direction provides important information for hydrogeological and civil engineering studies. In order to investigate possible leakages along contact lines of Vjosa river gravels with the limestones of Mt Pocemi we have projected and constructed a new directional probe which is more convenient in some respects than other gauges used for this purpose. 1 ref., 2 figs
