Electronic structure and spectral characteristics of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O films

Description
Complex theoretical study on the electron structure of the Bi2Sr2CuO6 (2201), Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 (2212) and Bi2Sr2Cu3O10 (2223) thin monocell films is carried out. The zone structure, electron state density and roentgen emission spectra are calculated for each film under study. Dependence of the electron structure and spectra on the CuO2 layers number in the elementary cell is discussed

Проведено комплексное теоретическое исследование эектронной структуры тонких моноячеечных пленок Bi2Sr2CuO6 (2201), Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 (2212) и Bi2Sr2Cu3O10 (2223). Для каждой исследуемой пленки рассчитали зонную структуру, плотность электронных состояний и рентгеновские эмиссионные спектры.
