Description
Studies of energetic solar have been carried out in the period from December 1976 till September 1979 at the ''Prognoz-5-6'' satellites and ''Venera-11-12'' space probes. The particle fluxes were measured in the 0.1-500 MeV and 0.03-3.0 MeV energy ranges for proton and electron components, respectively. The mean value of electron spectrum index turned out to be #betta#sub(e) approximately 2.0. For proton spectrum at the energy of Esub(p) > E1 (where E1 is the energy interval, in which the spectrum break takes place) the spectrum index is equal to #betta# approximately 1.8. Spectra of protons (with Esub(p) > E1) and electrons become more rigid with the solar flare power increase. Low-energetic part of the observed proton spectrum is dependent not only on the spectrum form in a source, geliolongitude and flare power but also on the interplanetary medium state
