Description
Results on electron-microscopic study of defective structure of polycrystal nickel, irradiated in the BN-350 reactor by 500 deg C up to damaging dose of 59 dpa are presented. Part of samples was preliminarily saturated on a cyclotron with helium by method of ion implantation up to concentration of 10-2%. Experimental results are specified by practically complete absence of pores at the grain boundaries, developed vacancy porosity in the grain body taking place. Theoretical model based on vacancy mechanism of pores growth is proposed and tested
