Technological aspects of producing diamond textured coatings

Description

The structure and morphology of diamond coatings, modified fluorine-containing oligomers and subjected to subsequent heat treatment. Treatment of fluorinated oligomers coating increases the hydrophobicity of the coatings and reduced surface energy values. It is established that the coatings have a coarse structure, have higher strength characteristics. Carrying out the heat treatment leads to an increase in microhardness of composite coatings.
