Das Buch sollte fuer jeden verstaendlich behandeln: Risiko kerntechnischer Anlagen, Strahlenbelastung der Bevoelkerung, eingetretene Stoerfaelle, zunehmende Umweltkontamination, thermische Belastung der Gewaesser (z.B. Blaualgengift), Katastrophenplanung. Was herauskommt, ist duerftig und traegt zur Buergerinformation nicht bei.
