Improved series representation of Doppler-broadened resonance absorption

Description

An improvement made in a series representation of the J(θ, β) integral for Doppler broadening increases accuracy. The improvement consists of redefining the θ parameter so that the approximate Doppler-broadened line shape agrees with the exact value at the line center.
