Program plan for the Modular Integrated Video System

Description
The Modular Integrated Video System (MIVS) is intended to provide a simple, highly reliable CCTV system capable of replacing the IAEA Twin Minolta Film Camera Systems in (l) those safeguarded facilities where main power is readily available, and (2) situations where it is desired to have the CCTV camera separated from the CCTV recording console. The principal steps of the program plan for development and implementation of this system are described. The IAEA and developer responsibilities throughout this process are also described
