Synthesis and structure of 15-(1-benzyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl)-9,10-dimethoxy-12,13-dihydro-7aH,15H-naphto[1′,2′:5,6][1,3]oxazino[2,3-a]isoquinoline

Description

The synthesis and X-ray diffraction study of 15-(1-benzyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl)-9,10-dimethoxy-12,13-dihydro-7aH,15H-naphto[1′,2′:5,6][1,3]oxazino[2,3-a]isoquinoline C32H29N3O3 are performed: triclinic crystal system, space group P1¯, a = 7.0319(2) Å, b = 12.2989(6) Å, c = 14.8284(7) Å, α = 84.606(4)°, β = 88.741(3)°, and γ = 86.227(3)°, Z = 2, V = 1273.82(9) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.313 g/cm3 [T = 100(2) K]. In the molecule, the oxazine ring adopts a half-chair conformation. The positions of two tertiary hydrogen atoms are found, and it is shown that the compound is a trans isomer. The bond lengths and angles in the molecule are standard for this class of compounds.
