Quark-hadron duality and the nucleon form factors in QCD
Description
Quark-hadron duality is used to estimate the nonperturbative O(α/sub s/) contribution to the nucleon form factors G/sup N/(t). The results are in satisfactory agreement with the experimental data in the region 1<t<20 GeV2. This means that the observed dipole behavior of the nucleon form factors has nothing to do with the character of the dynamics at small distances
