Description

In the work thermally induced processes in lamellar systems α-Fe:O+-Be(0.7 μm)-57Fe(0.1 μm) and α-Fe-Be(0.7 μm)-57Fe(0.1 μm) received by magnetron and thermally-vacuum sputtering of Be and 57Fe atoms are studied by Moessbauer spectroscopy and X-ray analysis. It is determined consequence both the phase transformations and the character time of phase transformation FeBe2+δ→α-Fe(Be). It is shown, that implanted layer of oxygen ions in α-Fe matrix reduces the mutual diffusion of beryllium and iron atoms
