Description
Cathodoluminescence is studied using samples of superconducting ceramics of YBa2Cu3O7 and Y1.2Ba0.8Cu4-δ type. It is shown that the cathodoluminescence detected is initiated by superconducting phase transition at 105 K. Changes in cathodoluminescence spectrum give evidence for the beginning of transition into superconducting state
