Description

After a short review of supersymmetric Chern-Simons theories and the role they have been playing recently in the AdS/CFT correspondence, in my talk I will discuss the use of brane tilings to investigate such theories. In particular, I will focus on the so-called forward algorithm and the Hilbert series, showing how these have proved to be interesting tools to study the classical moduli space of vacua of supersymmetric Chern-Simons theories living on M2-branes. This document is composed of the slides of the presentation. (author)
