Analysis of flow processes in homogeneous fluids by decomposition into elementary processes

Description
A general method for calculation of one-dimensional flows of homogeneous fluids by decomposition into elementary processes is presented. The method, in its more sophisitcated form, finds application in the fields of homogeneous and non-homogeneous flows without work extraction and magneto-hydrodynamic plasma flows, because of its simple calculation procedure without iterations and problems connected to stability and convergence. As an example the procedure was applied to the model of a homogeneous two-phase flow in a boiling saturated fluid. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
Eine allgemeine Methode zur Berechnung einer eindimensionalen Stroemung einer homogenen Fluessigkeit durch Zerlegung in elementare Prozesse wird vorgestellt. Es wird erwartet, dass die Methode in ihrer verbesserten Form zur Berechnung von homogenen und inhomogenen Stroemungen und von magnetohydrodynamischen Plasmastroemungen Anwendung finden wird, denn die Rechenprozeduren sind einfach und frei von Iterationen, Stabilitaets- und Konvergenzproblemen. Als Beispiel wird ueber die Berechnung einer homogenen Zweiphasenstroemung in einer siedenden Fluessigkeit berichtet. (orig.)Additional details
