Measurement method of high Tc superconducting coplanar lines

Description
Broadband measurements have been done on high Tc superconducting coplanar lines of YBa2Cu3O7 on [100]MgO substrate. In this paper, from the transmission and reflection coefficients of coplanar line, the authors derive characteristic impedance, attenuation constant, phase constant, group velocity, as well as London penetration depth of the film, based on the circuit models
