Generalized phenomenological model of reactor steels brittle-tough transformation

Description
The review of standard phenomenological models of a brittle-ductile transformation is given and the influence of different factors on parameters of these models is shown. The generalized model of a brittle-ductile transformation is offered. The model is based on the real physical and empirical facts and allows to process experimental data by universal way when studying both fracture toughness and impact strength. Recommended values of model constants are given for reactor steels 12KhMFA, 15Kh2MFA, 15Kh2NMFA and their welded joints

Приведен обзор стандартных феноменологических моделей описания хрупковязкого перехода, показано влияние различных факторов на параметры этих моделей. Предложена обобщенная модель хрупковязкого перехода, которая построена на основе реальных физических и эмпирических фактов. Она позволяет обрабатывать экспериментальные данные универсальным способом при исследовании как вязкости разрушения, так и ударной вязкости. Приведены рекомендуемые значения постоянных модели для реакторных сталей 12ХМФА, 15Х2МФА, 15Х2НМФА и их сварных соединенийAdditional details
